Qualifications

• 5+ years experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders.
• 5+ years experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies.
• 5+ years experience gathering detailed business and technical requirements.
• 5+ years experience leading project governance, Change Management, and communication activities.
• Strong experience in process improvement, stakeholder engagement, UAT, implementation, and organizational readiness.

Must Have Primary Skills :

• 5+ years experience in Business Analysis and/or Project Management

• 5+ years experience developing project documents, business cases, roadmaps, governance materials, and project reporting
• 5+ years experience working directly with internal and external stakeholders
• 5+ years experience with Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, Kanban, or similar methodologies
• 5+ years experience gathering detailed business and technical requirements

Education & Experience:

Nice To Have Secondary Skills :

• 5+ years experience with complex IT systems, data sources, web services, and legacy systems

• Active PMP certification
