Speer Technologies, Inc. is seeking a Chief Financial Officer to guide financial strategy, planning, forecasting, reporting, and cash flow management for a fast-growing Canadian technology services firm.

The CFO will lead budgeting, profitability analysis, internal controls, and advisory support to the executive team, ensuring strong financial visibility and sustainable growth as the company scales.

Qualifications

• Senior finance leadership experience (CFO/VP Finance/Director level)
• Experience with growing technology, software, or professional services
• Strong budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, financial reporting
• Ability to translate financial data into actionable recommendations for leadership

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic financial guidance to leadership on growth, profitability, and pricing
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning
• Prepare and review financial reports, dashboards, and KPIs
• Oversee invoicing, accounts receivable/payable, and project financial tracking
• Support pricing strategy and profitability reviews for client engagements
• Ensure internal controls, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Advise executive team and board on financial planning and major decisions
• Develop finance processes and systems as the company scales
