• Growth-stage, founder-led company experience is a strong asset.
• Exposure to US/international markets is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Serve as principal financial and strategic advisor to the President, guiding enterprise priorities and capital allocation.
• Lead integrated financial modelling to support growth initiatives, including new product launches and market expansion.
• Evaluate partnerships, JVs, licensing, and potential acquisitions with evidence-based recommendations.
• Drive pricing, margin, and deal structure considerations for large tenders and government contracts.
• Oversee capital strategy, banking relations, financing processes, and investor communications.
