Job summary

Collectivfide Insurance Group is seeking a CFO to shape financial strategy and build a scalable finance function for growth, mergers, and value creation. You will partner with the CEO and Board to drive organic growth and acquisitions while strengthening systems and capital efficiency.

The role blends enterprise strategy with hands-on execution, including financial modelling, due diligence, debt/ equity planning, reporting, and investor relations. A CPA/MBA and insurance experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 7 years of financial leadership in the insurance industry (preferred).
• Proven track record in corporate finance including investor relations, financial modelling, investment banking or capital markets.
• Experience leading a capital raise and dealing with investors and shareholders.
• Experience building and maintaining complex financial models.
• Strong communication and organizational skills; ability to multi-task.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute the company’s long-term growth strategy with the CEO and Board.
• Evaluate strategic options including acquisitions, partnerships, and capital investments.
• Lead enterprise-wide scenario planning and strategic financial analysis.
• Develop and monitor KPIs tied to growth, EBITDA, cash flow, and shareholder returns.
• Oversee debt portfolio management, capital raising, and investor relations.
• Provide financial leadership to ensure scalable processes and governance.
