Job summary

Vitacore Industries Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on Director of Finance to lead financial planning, reporting, forecasting, and financial operations. This role will work closely with the President and senior leaders to translate financial data into clear, actionable information that informs decisions and long-term planning.

The Director will oversee accounting, manage and develop the Accountant, and contribute directly to financial strategy as the company grows in Canada.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related discipline.
• CPA designation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and analyses.
• Develop cash flow forecasts and working capital planning.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual management reporting for the leadership team and Board.
• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations and mentor the Accountant.
• Develop financial KPIs and reporting tools to improve visibility into performance.
