Job summary

The Government of Nunavut in Rankin Inlet is seeking a Capital Planner to lead planning, development and coordination of capital investments and asset lifecycle programs for the Petroleum Products Division’s bulk fuel infrastructure.

You will develop multi-year capital plans, evaluate and manage related projects, and ensure alignment with safety, regulatory requirements and budgets while supporting submissions and forecasts.

Responsibilities

• Planning, development and coordination of capital investments and asset lifecycle programs for the Petroleum Products Division’s bulk fuel infrastructure.
• Developing and maintaining multi-year capital plans and for evaluating and managing capital projects.
• Ensuring alignment with strategic, financial, and operational objectives while maintaining safety and regulatory compliance.
• The Capital Planner supports the development of capital submissions and monitors capital performance against approved budgets and forecasts.
