Nunavut Housing Corporation seeks a Manager, Strategic Asset Management to lead the strategic planning and delivery of maintenance and capital programs across Nunavut’s communities. You will guide asset data and coordinate partners to sustain housing infrastructure.

Reporting to the Director of Maintenance, you will oversee roughly $23 million in annual investment, shape priorities, and drive renewal decisions with community needs at the forefront.
