Job summary

Lifemark Health Group is seeking a Senior Manager, Total Rewards and HR Systems to lead a team across Total Rewards and HRIS, including ADP Workforce Now. This hybrid role is based at our North York location with in-office and remote work arrangements.

You will shape compensation programs, benchmark against market trends, and drive system optimizations to support a growing healthcare workforce across Canada.

Qualifications

• University degree in HR/Business management or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience in Total Rewards/HRIS.
• Experience designing compensation programs, salary structures, and incentive plans.
• Strong HRIS proficiency, especially ADP Workforce Now.
• Experience leading HRIS implementations and process automation.

Responsibilities

• Translate business strategy into compensation and Total Rewards programs.
• Lead compensation benchmarking and market intelligence.
• Partner with leaders to establish salary ranges aligned with market and equity.
• Lead annual compensation review cycle and system changes.
• Develop and monitor Total Rewards metrics and scorecards.
• Oversee HR data governance, controls, and reporting.
• Lead HR systems enhancements, testing, and integrations.
• Coach and develop a high-performing Total Rewards & HR Systems team.
