Job summary

Tolmar Pharmaceutiques Canada, Inc. seeks a Product Manager to drive brand strategy and tactical execution for designated Tolmar brands.

You will work with Marketing, Sales, Regulatory, and external partners to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery across the product lifecycle. The role demands strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills, with experience in biotechnology/pharma and fluency in French and English.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Aptitude for learning technical and scientific product information.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent analytical skills and proven strategic thinker.
• Ability to manage multiple projects inside and outside the organization.
• Product Manager level: minimum 2 years progressive marketing experience.
• Experience in Urology and Oncology is an asset.
• Fluency in both French and English preferred.
• Based in Quebec or Ontario.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic brand plans and engagement strategies for Tolmar products with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Determine market research needs to influence prescribing decisions.
• Identify market opportunities and trends through competitive analysis and marketing strategy assessments.
• Integrate information across functions and geographies to create decisive insights.
• Analyze product performance and adjust plans to meet KPIs.
• Develop focused tactical plans aligned with brand priorities and KPIs.
• Determine effective marketing channels to meet brand goals.
• Develop training and promotional material; engage agencies and manage revisions.
• Manage internal approvals (MLP or Paab) and track inventory/expiry; ship materials to reps.
• Present at POA sessions and represent the company at conferences and events.
• Comply with laws, regulations and Tolmar policies; report adverse events or product complaints.
