Job summary

Canadian Energy is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to drive revenue across OEM and Aftermarket channels in the commercial, industrial, and automotive battery and accessories market. The role covers Sudbury, ON and surrounding areas with frequent travel.

As a hunter and farmer, you will identify net-new OEM contracts while growing and protecting an existing book of business. You will diagnose customer needs, design battery solutions, and own the sales outcome from first contact to close.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years field sales experience in battery/industrial sector.
• Experience navigating OEM procurement and aftermarket channels.
• Proficient with enterprise CRM and delivering in-person proposals.

Responsibilities

• Identify and secure net-new OEM and aftermarket customers.
• Lead prospects through the full pursuit cycle to a Sales Decision.
• Conduct solution design consultations with engineering and procurement.
• Build long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
