Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting within Banking or Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of banking products and pricing, including deposits, lending, cards, fees, rates, offers, or relationship pricing.
• Experience leading customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable business solutions.
• Experience preparing implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios.
• Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment.
• Experience implementing SaaS enterprise applications.
