ITC Inland Technologies Canada Incorporated is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to partner with business units, manage the full employee lifecycle from hire to retire, and guide employee relations and compliance. Reporting to the Director of HR, you will support onboarding, staffing, and organizational effectiveness across the Airport operations environment.

The role requires strong HR knowledge, recruitment expertise, and the ability to drive engagement, change management, and performance

Qualifications

• Knowledge of HR principles, employee/labour relations, and compliance.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and work in a matrix organization.
• Strong recruitment, onboarding, and performance management experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication, with discretion on sensitive data.
• Organizational, time management and multitasking abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field; SHRM/CPHR is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary HR resource for assigned units, advising on policies and employment matters.
• Oversee staffing approvals, offers, onboarding, offboarding and records upkeep.
• Lead recruitment including screening, interviews, and onboarding initiatives.
• Partner with leaders to implement people strategies and workforce planning.
• Support compensation/benefits with payroll and Benefits teams.
• Ensure compliance with laws, drug/alcohol programs and policies.
• Conduct investigations, coaching discussions, leaves and accommodations.
• Maintain HR data in systems and support change management projects.
