Job summary

Loblaw Companies Limited is hiring an Associate Product Manager for the Enterprise Initiatives team in Canada. The role supports multi‑year strategic initiatives and special project sprints that enable Loblaw Brands, including President's Choice and No Name.

You will liaise with suppliers to ensure timely contributions and lead communications with many internal stakeholders. You will monitor development with Vendors/PM/PD/QAS/RA/PT, develop timelines, assign tasks, and facilitate action‑oriented

Qualifications

Post-secondary education.
Well-developed project management skills are essential.
Advanced Excel skills are an asset.
Ability to tell a story through data and reporting.
Strong time management and problem‑solving skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written.
Curiosity and an ability to simplify complex ideas.

Responsibilities

Monitor development and execution with vendors and teams to ensure on‑time completion of projects.
Develop and manage project timelines and assign tasks.
Chair meetings with stakeholders and take action‑oriented notes.
Create vendor timelines and communicate requirements for on‑time delivery.
Maintain the listing of all approved projects in internal systems.
Create master label copy direction and coordinate artwork with studios and vendors.
Lead design kickoff meetings to align teams with project strategy.
Lead monthly reviews with product teams to update progress.
Manage the critical path file for active projects and report status.
Chair recurring team meetings to review status and risks.
