Job summary

Loblaw Digital in Downtown Toronto is seeking an Associate Product Manager to help shape the upcoming sprints and product roadmap for our AI-powered eCommerce features across Online Grocery, beauty, pharmacy and apparel.

You will work with design and engineering, conduct product discovery, analyze data with analytics tools, and translate user insights into prioritized initiatives, joining a collaborative, diverse team building Canada's retail tech.

Qualifications

• Experience working with Engineering, Data Science and other business functions.
• Some experience in product management or software development.
• Understanding of lean startup and agile methods.
• Ability to work independently and manage details.

Responsibilities

• Shape upcoming sprints and product roadmap with Design and Engineering.
• Backlog grooming, daily prioritization, and user story writing.
• Assist in product discovery and feature prioritization.
• Use analytics to inform product decisions.
• Translate user feedback into product ideas.
