Job summary

Altis Technology seeks a Manager, Strategic Business Insights & Reporting to lead enterprise analytics and reporting initiatives within a financial services context. You will partner with Finance, Strategy, Operations, Digital, and Technology to turn data into actionable recommendations and executive storytelling.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in analytics, business insights, reporting, or related functions within a financial services environment.
• University degree in Data Analytics, Business, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.
• Advanced proficiency with SQL, Power BI, and Excel; SAS, R, and/or Python are strong assets.
• Demonstrated success translating complex data into strategic recommendations and executive-level presentations.
• Experience working with large, complex datasets, reporting frameworks, and data models.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and engage senior leadership.

• You'll oversee dashboards and reporting tools using Power BI, Excel, and other platforms to support operational and strategic decision-making.
• You'll act as the primary analytics partner to business leaders, helping prioritize requests and shape business perspectives.
• You'll establish best practices for data quality, governance, and reporting processes while partnering with technology teams to improve scalability and automation.
• You'll mentor stakeholders and analysts, supporting stronger insight generation and reporting adoption across the organization.
