Job summary

RBC is seeking a Senior Manager, Reporting & Analytics in Toronto to lead data-driven decision support for branch network optimization, evaluating post-execution impact and delivering actionable insights for strategic initiatives.

The role requires blending analytical rigor with technical expertise, including SQL, Python, and Tableau/Power BI for visualization. Collaboration with Distribution Strategy and data teams is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Analytics, Statistics, Business, or related field with strong attention to detail
• Proven ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations
• Proficiency in SQL (or Python, Alteryx) for data manipulation and visualization tools
• Experience with A/B testing and advanced Excel skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analytics for branch network optimization and customer behavior analysis
• Develop and maintain dashboards/reports in Tableau to track KPIs for executives
• Leverage SQL and statistical techniques to extract and analyze large datasets
• Evaluate post-execution impact of network changes and identify improvement areas
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align analytics with business objectives
• Foster a culture of data-driven problem-solving
