Qualifications

• Post-secondary education or equivalent.
• 5+ years of financial crimes investigative, analytic and leadership experience.
• Experience communicating to regulators, auditors and senior management.
• Familiarity with AML legislation and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Support STR/SAR reporting system enhancements and automation.
• Analyze reporting trends and bottlenecks to drive improvements.
• Stay ahead of regulatory shifts and assess AI/ML opportunities.
• Design and prototype automation workflows to reduce manual effort.
