Job summary

Eleonore Mine is seeking a Warehouse Clerk/Storekeeper to join the Supply Chain team at the Rouyn-Noranda site. You will handle receiving, storage, and distribution of materials, and ensure SAP records reflect accurate inventory levels.

Responsibilities include processing inventory transactions, resolving discrepancies, coordinating with suppliers and internal customers, and maintaining health and safety standards on site.

Qualifications

• College diploma (DEC) is preferred.
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office is required.
• Experience with shipping and transportation management is preferred.
• Forklift operating experience is an asset.
• Wheel loader operating experience is an asset.
• Bilingualism in French and English is an asset.

Responsibilities

ABOUT THIS POSITION

The Warehouse Clerk / Storekeeper is part of the Supply Chain team. He/She is responsible for receiving, distributing materials to internal customers, storage, material handling, and shipping activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Receive and unload trucks arriving at the site; identify and inspect materials.
• Store materials in an organized and efficient manner and validate inventory accuracy in SAP.
• Record incoming and outgoing inventory transactions using SAP.
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies.
• Process material returns and perform all related tasks.
• Communicate with suppliers, buyers, and requestors.
• Comply with, understand, and promote company policies and regulations, particularly those related to health and safety.
• Perform all other duties related to the position.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

• Relevant education related to the position; a college diploma (DEC) is preferred.
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in inventory management or logistics.
• Knowledge of SAP and the Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with shipping and transportation management.
• Forklift operating experience (an asset).
• Wheel loader operating experience (an asset).
• Bilingualism in French and English (an asset).
