H2Lab is seeking a Warehouse Clerk at its Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts site, reporting to the Site Manager. The incumbent will perform receiving, storing, and shipping tasks to support efficient logistics operations and maintain inventory accuracy in a safe, organized environment.

The role requires a high school diploma and a valid driver’s license; training in logistics or supply chain is a plus. This is a permanent, full-time on-site position with group insurance, RRSP contributions, wellness

Responsibilities

• Receiving and inventory management: receive, inspect, verify, identify, and store goods; maintain accurate records; participate in counts and audits.
• Order preparation and shipping: prepare orders, verify accuracy, update records, and coordinate with carriers.
• Perform daily deliveries and pickups at the laboratory.

Job description

H2Lab is currently seeking a Warehouse Clerk for its Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts branch. Reporting to the Site Manager, the incumbent candidate will perform the daily tasks required to support the efficient operation of the Logistics Department.

Role Summary

The Warehouse Clerk is responsible for receiving, storing, preparing, and shipping containers, supplies, and equipment. The employee will ensure inventory accuracy, order compliance, and the maintenance of a safe and organized work environment. The position requires close collaboration with various departments to ensure efficient supply management and timely completion of tasks.

Main Responsibilities

Receiving and Inventory Management

• Receive, inspect, verify, identify, and store goods according to established procedures.
• Maintain accurate inventory records in computer systems, perform periodic counts, and participate in physical inventory audits.
• Ensure proper stock rotation when required, identify replenishment needs, and notify the appropriate supervisor.

Order Preparation and Shipping

• Prepare orders listed in the inventory system for customers or various departments and verify accuracy before shipment while updating system records.
• Package products appropriately to ensure their integrity during transportation.
• Prepare and complete required shipping documentation and coordinate shipments with carriers.
• Perform daily deliveries and pickups at the laboratory.
• High School Diploma (HSD) or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Training in logistics, warehousing, or supply chain management is considered as an asset.

Minimum Experience Requirements

• Experience in warehousing, receiving and shipping, or inventory management.
