Responsibilities

• Organize the receiving, storage, and shipping of materials for the company projects
• Perform computerized inventory management and catalog equipment in software
• Ensure goods are received and deliveries verified, including off-site items
• Contribute to inventory checks and report missing or defective items
• Assist workers by ensuring equipment and supplies are available as needed
• Maintain a clean, orderly work environment and uphold warehouse safety
• Perform other related tasks as required

About the position :

You will work as part of a team to ensure the receiving and shipping of a ton of materials and equipment!

Your main responsibilities :

• Organize the receiving, storage, and shipping of materials for the various departments and projects of the company;
• Perform computerized inventory management, identify, catalog, and update information on equipment through appropriate management software;
• Ensure the receiving of goods, including outside the warehouse, and verify deliveries;
• Participate in inventory management and stock tracking by carrying out regular checks and reporting missing or defective items;
• Respond to workers’ requests, ensuring the proper organization and availability of the equipment required for their tasks;
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment and contribute to warehouse safety;
• Perform other related tasks as required.

Your profile :

• Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and Outlook);
• Relevant experience in the field (an asset);
