Qualifications

• Experience in a retail apparel environment.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize stock for shipment and display changes.
• Train staff on Roots culture, standards, and merchandising principles.
• Ensure presentation drives sales and maintains brand visual standards.
• Oversee stockroom systems and replenishment processes.
• Organize daily shipments and place product on the sales floor.
• Build and maintain visual displays (mannequins, signage, props).
• Conduct weekly business walkthroughs with Store Manager.
