Canadian Tire Stores is seeking a Store Manager to lead a dynamic retail team, ensuring outstanding customer service and strong store performance. You will report to the General Manager/Associate Dealer and drive sales, operations, and People&Process excellence on a daily basis.

The role emphasizes a customer-first culture, collaboration with department managers, and delivering on profitability targets while maintaining a safe and inclusive environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in senior retail management or equivalent roles.
• Strong knowledge of retail and financial principles.
• Experience operating POS and inventory systems.
• Ability to coach, motivate and develop store teams.

Responsibilities

• Foster a culture that prioritizes excellent customer experience.
• Set realistic expectations for task delivery using retail metrics.
• Maintain strong floor presence and regularly engage with customers.
• Achieve sales, productivity and customer experience targets set by leadership.
