Job summary

Mr. lube in Ontario is seeking a hands-on operations supervisor with 1–2 years of experience to direct and optimize daily operations, oversee staff, and ensure top-tier customer service in a fast-paced environment.

You will plan budgets, implement pricing and merchandise strategies, recruit and supervise personnel, and coordinate marketing efforts to drive sales while meeting tight deadlines. This on-site role requires adaptability, leadership, and attention to detail to sustain smooth

Responsibilities
