Job summary

Esso is seeking a Gas Bar Supervisor to direct and control daily operations at our on-site gas bar in Radium Hot Springs, Canada. The position requires 1 year to less than 2 years of experience and a secondary school graduation certificate.

You will plan and organize daily activities, manage staff and assign duties, plan budgets and monitor revenues and expenses, determine staffing requirements, and resolve issues such as customer requests, complaints and supply shortages.
