Ace Liquor Discounter in St. Albert, AB is seeking a motivated Store Manager to lead a fast-paced retail team. You’ll recruit, coach, schedule, and drive performance, ensuring a welcoming store environment and compliant, smooth operations.

You’ll manage financials and inventory, uphold responsible service per provincial rules, and build strong customer relationships. The role requires 3+ years in retail leadership, ProServe certification, and flexibility for evenings and weekends.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in retail leadership.
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsabilidades
