Qualifications

• 2+ years of retail experience
• 2+ years in a supervisory role
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a store team, supporting recruitment, onboarding and performance management
• Support daily store operations including opening and closing duties and staff scheduling
• Deliver friendly, knowledgeable customer service and ensure compliance with Alberta regulations
• Assist with inventory counts, ordering, receiving, and reviewing reports for accuracy and targets
