ACE Liquor Discounter in Edmonton, AB, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support daily operations and lead a high-performing store team. You will coach staff, oversee operations, and ensure compliance with Alberta liquor regulations to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Formación

• 2+ years of retail experience required.
• 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• ProServe certification or willingness to obtain.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand/walk for most of the shift.
• Strong communication, reliability, and teamwork skills.
• Evenings, weekends and holidays availability.

Responsabilidades

• Leadership & team support: supervise, coach, and train staff; assist with recruitment, onboarding, and performance management; promote a positive team culture.
• Store operations: assist with opening/closing duties; manage store communication; assist in staffing and sales goals.
