Qualifications

• Proven retail management experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Insp irational, authentic and personalized customer service.
• Experience in sales analysis, targets and staff scheduling.
• Experience with inventory, facilities management and cash reconciliation.
• Proven track record of leading a team to achieve targets.
• Experience creating in-store events.
• Willing to work retail hours including nights and weekends.
• Experience with POS software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Right to live and work in the country if invited for interview.
