Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading a team of Sales Associates in a fast-paced prestige beauty environment in Canada. You will coach staff, drive sales, ensure exceptional customer service, and manage store operations to meet targets and standards.

Qualifications

• Proven retail experience preferred in cosmetics.
• Ability to provide inspirational, authentic, personalized customer service.
• Experience supervising and coaching others to hit sales targets.
• Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
• Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
• Experience with retail point-of-sale software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
