Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of retail management experience in lifestyle, specialty, or high-volume settings.

• Experience in fast-paced, high-turnover product environments is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Act as brand ambassador, creating a welcoming store atmosphere for customers and team members.
• Lead by example to deliver an exceptional customer experience through storytelling, product engagement, and service.
• Communicate goals and monitor team performance against KPIs.
• Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high-performing team with engagement and succession focus.
• Drive sales by executing action plans focused on KPIs (sales, conversion, items per transaction, average basket).
• Oversee daily store operations, including inventory management, stock flow, and back-of-house organization.
