Job summary

PUMA SE in Canada is seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead a high-performing team and drive sales while upholding brand standards. You will recruit, coach, and develop staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and execute marketing initiatives to maximize profitability.

The role requires 2–4 years of retail management experience, strong communication, and the ability to work non-traditional hours, including weekends and holidays. Travel may be required for openings and closings.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years' management experience in a customer-service oriented retail environment (preferably apparel/footwear).
• Proven ability to exceed sales goals and communicate effectively to large groups.
• Demonstrated ability to build and develop strong teams.

Responsibilities

• Provide consistently high standards of customer experience within the Store in accordance with brand values and service standards.
• Directly responsible for ensuring the Store achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through planning, expense control and service quality.
• Recruit, train, develop and succession of high performing employees; manage payroll and scheduling for a profitable location.
• Train and complete all training programs for employees; administer performance recognition and coaching conversations; manage Talent processes.
