Based in Laval, Quebec, Laura Canada operates over 140 stores nationwide and maintains a strong focus on employee development, exceptional service, and premium customer experiences through Laura and Melanie Lyne brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of store management experience.
• Ability to create a positive work environment.
• Positive leadership and solution‑oriented approach.
• Passion for fashion and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service and product knowledge.
• Meet and drive key financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, transactions).
• Schedule effectively to ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Act as a stylist to build personalized wardrobes for customers.
• Monitor team performance with coaching and disciplinary actions when needed.
• Collaborate with merchandising to ensure attractive presentation and standards.
• Support daily operations like receiving, pricing changes, and transfers.
