Job summary

Laura Canada is seeking a Store Manager who leads with a contagious passion for fashion and customer service to deliver a memorable shopping experience. You will inspire and develop a high‑performing team and drive store results.

You will recruit, onboard and coach staff, schedule to optimize coverage, collaborate with merchandising on presentation, and uphold standards while growing the business in Laval.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a store management position.
• Ability to motivate and develop a winning team.
• Knowledge of merchandising standards and store operations.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, onboard, develop and coach team members on exemplary customer service and product knowledge.
• Ensure financial objectives (sales, closing ratio, dollars per transaction, units per transaction) are met.
• Schedule effectively to provide optimal floor coverage.
• Act as a stylist to build a personalized wardrobe for customers.
• Monitor team performance and provide coaching and disciplinary actions as needed.
• Collaborate with merchandising to ensure attractive presentation and standards.
• Support daily operations including receiving, pricing changes, and store cleanliness.
