Job description

As a Store Manager, you'll report directly to the Brand Manager and take full responsibility for the overall management of the business. Your key responsibilities include ensuring adherence to company policies, driving sales through staff motivation, and providing exceptional customer service to foster growth. You will execute and meet operational goals, demonstrating Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Building Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Humility, and Integrity.

Starting base pay ranges from $55,000 to $60,000, plus a monthly performance bonus.

Responsibilities include:
  • Customer Service & Sales: Lead by example to deliver excellent service, set and coach sales targets, and ensure product knowledge.
  • Operations: Manage daily activities, staff scheduling, payroll, inventory control, and reporting.
  • Personnel Management: Oversee recruitment, training, discipline, and performance evaluations, fostering a positive work environment.
  • Visual Merchandising: Implement merchandise launches and maintain store presentation standards.
  • Compliance: Uphold safety standards and act as a role model for policies and procedures.
Working Conditions:

The role involves moderate physical effort, including walking, standing, lifting, pushing, and pulling (up to 35 lbs or more with support). Attention to detail is required when handling paperwork, cash management, or POS systems.

Employment Status:

Full-Time, averaging 40 hours per week, with flexibility to work beyond these hours, including holidays and blackout periods.
