A leading company in the watch industry seeks a Store Manager to oversee business operations, drive sales, and ensure exceptional customer service. The role involves managing staff, adhering to company policies, and maintaining store presentation. This full-time position offers competitive pay and benefits, requiring open availability.
As a Store Manager, you'll directly report to the Brand Manager and take full responsibility for the business's overall management. Your key role includes ensuring strict adherence to company policies and procedures, driving sales by motivating staff, and providing exceptional customer service to foster sales growth. You will execute and meet operational objectives, possessing Swatch Core Competencies: Customer Focus, Drive for Results, Build Effective Teams and Relationships, Creativity and Problem-Solving, Humility and Integrity.
Starting base pay of $55,000.00 - $60,000.00 plus monthly performance bonus.

Working Conditions:
Work is performed with moderate physical effort is required and significant walking and standing is required for the majority of each shift. While this position has a low risk of injury, the position requires lifting, pushing, pulling and holding (up to 35 lbs and above with appropriate support) of boxes and store fixtures, as well as, significant focus when completing paperwork, cash management or using the POS.
Employment Status:
Full-Time: 40 hours per week on average. Must maintain open availability to meet the needs of the business and may be required to work more than 40 hours per week, including certain holidays and blackout dates.
