If you have retail leadership experience, a passion for customer service, and a love for events and connection, we’d love to hear from you.

About the Role

As the Store Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our Kitsilano store. You’ll lead a team, support daily operations, and create/organizeevents for customers to discover footwear that helps them reconnect with their bodies and the planet.

Key Responsibilities

·Lead and motivate a team to meet sales goals while delivering outstanding customer experiences

·Oversee store operations, including cash handling, inventory, and visual merchandising

·Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and grow community engagement

·Plan, organize, and run events within the community

·Train and support team members in their career growth, service standards, and daily tasks

·Monitor store performance and use data to inform decisions

·Maintain a clean, organized, and on-brand store environment

·Resolve customer and staff concerns with empathy and efficiency

What We’re Looking For

·Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role

·Strong background in customer service with excellent communication skills

·Confident in leading a team, from hiring and training to coaching and performance management

·Comfortable with cash handling, financial reporting, and operational systems

·Strategic forward thinker with great communication and drive

·Passion for health, wellbeing, and sustainability is a plus!
