CA$45,000.00 / yr - CA$55,000.00 / yr

Description

  • Support the Store Manager in leading the team to meet sales goals and deliver outstanding service
  • Foster a positive, inclusive environment where team members and customers feel valued
  • Assist in managing scheduling, visual standards, inventory, and daily operations
  • Motivate and coach the team to align with brand values and performance expectations
  • Help drive customer engagement and build brand awareness through in-store experiences and local outreach
  • Track KPIs and contribute ideas to drive results
  • Ensure the store meets operational and safety standards

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in retail, including supervisory or leadership responsibilities
  • Strong communication and coaching skills
  • Passion for creating memorable customer experiences and storytelling
  • Detail-oriented, solution-focused, and highly collaborative
  • Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
