Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations in the The Pas region. You will manage visual merchandising, recruitment, training, scheduling, and inventory, ensuring all standards align with company guidelines.

You will lead a team, drive customer service excellence, and maintain safety and efficiency across all store activities. This role requires strong leadership, communication, and multitasking in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision‑making abilities.
• Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
