Job summary

Dollarama is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily retail operations, merchandising, staffing and inventory control at our Canadian location. You will lead a team, uphold company standards, deliver exceptional customer service, and ensure safety and cash handling procedures.

The role emphasizes developing staff, implementing training, coordinating recruitment, and driving sales while maintaining visual standards and policy compliance.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years’ experience in retail and team management.
• Open availability (day, evening, weekend).
• Excellent communication and decision-making abilities.
