What you’ll do:

Operations

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring a smooth, organized, and customer‑ready environment
• Maintain strong merchandising standards so products are easy to shop and project‑ready
• Ensure the store is clean, well‑stocked, and reflects the pride we take in serving our community
• Follow and uphold Payzant policies, procedures, and operational best practices

Driving Results

• Lead the store to achieve and exceed sales targets through strong execution and team focus
• Review sales and performance reports to identify opportunities and respond quickly
• Drive local business growth by understanding your customers and their project needs
• Take ownership of results and lead the team with a solutions‑focused mindset

Customer Experience

• Lead by example in delivering friendly, knowledgeable, and project‑focused customer service
• Support customers in finding the right products and solutions for their home improvement needs
• Ensure every customer feels welcomed, valued, and confident in their project
• Build lasting relationships within the community to drive loyalty and repeat business
