Job description

Position Summary:

Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Store Manager (SM) will lead the day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development. The SM will foster a People First environment promoting diversity and inclusion, building lifelong customer relationships, and delivering a top-tier customer experience.

Major Responsibilities/Essential Functions:

Communicate performance expectations, coach staff on brand image and store presentation, support corporate initiatives, and demonstrate professionalism and integrity to inspire respect and motivation among team members.

Critical Thinking & Innovative Action:

Achieve sales goals, analyze operations for improvements, recognize trends, and develop strategies. Collaborate with nearby Signet SMs to foster communication and resource sharing, demonstrating influence and motivation skills.
