A leading retail company in Lethbridge is seeking a Store Manager to oversee daily operations, drive sales, and foster a customer-centric environment. The ideal candidate will promote diversity and inclusion while ensuring exceptional service and team development.
Reporting to the District Manager (DM), the Store Manager (SM) will lead the day-to-day operations of a single store to achieve sales, profitability, customer satisfaction, inventory control, brand representation, and team development. Achieve sales goals, analyze operations for improvements, recognize trends, and develop strategies. Collaborate with nearby Signet SMs to foster communication and resource sharing, demonstrating influence and motivation skills.
