Job summary

Chatters Limited Partnership in Kamloops, BC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Summit Centre Mall Salon. You will lead daily retail and salon operations, coach team members to achieve sales and service goals, and ensure a welcoming customer experience.

You’ll manage scheduling, payroll, inventory, and bookings, maintain a well-merchandised salon, share product knowledge, and support training and development. Flexible evenings and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 1 year of retail leadership experience.
• Passion for beauty and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
• Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Reliable, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset.
• Comfort using POS systems and basic computer programs.
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends.
