Job summary

Carter's is seeking a Store Manager in Calgary to lead a team delivering exceptional service and brand standards. You will coach leaders, manage daily operations, and drive sales while maintaining a welcoming environment for families.

You will oversee payroll, budgets, merchandising, and KPI analysis, building skills across the team and ensuring seamless omnichannel experiences. A minimum of 3 years in retail leadership and a high school diploma are required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years of retail or related management experience leading direct reports.
• Effective and professional verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient computer and technology skills (Outlook, Excel, Web navigation, etc.).

• Build a talent pipeline through networking and recruiting; develop succession plans by training and developing your team.
• Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive work environment for employees to collaborate and recognize performance to increase engagement.
• Lead merchandising and operations; manage payroll and budgets; understand and analyze KPIs to drive results.
• Seamlessly lead an omnichannel experience ensuring teams are trained on the tools available.
