Retailors Sports Inc. seeks a Store Director to lead Nike retail locations in Canada. You will provide outstanding customer service, manage store departments, and oversee daily operations to meet sales targets.

The role requires leadership experience, cash handling, and the ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Physical duties may include standing and climbing ladders as needed.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years retail experience.
• 1+ years leadership experience.
• Cash handling experience.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge.

Responsabilidades

• Utilize exceptional customer service skills to connect customers with the right product and drive sales.
• Maintain knowledge of all store departments and assist with complex transactions or customer service situations.
• Provide expertise in Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and visual merchandising.
• Set priorities for employees to meet daily deadlines and develop plans for short-term objectives.
• Support brand plans and participate in initiatives and programs.
