Job summary

Retailors (Fox Group) is seeking a Store Director to lead Nike Retail Stores across Canada. You will support the Store Manager, drive sales, and develop a high-performing team while ensuring smooth store operations, reporting, and brand execution.

Ideal candidates bring extensive retail leadership, a passion for sports fashion, and the ability to manage weekends, evenings, holidays, and overnights as needed.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail experience including 2+ years experience in management.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings and holidays, and some overnights as required.
• Enthusiasm and passion about sports and / or sports fashion.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager by managing store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.).
• Drive sales and develop your team.
• Perform all store management functions in absence of Head Coach.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support staff.
• Set priorities for the team and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Apply management skills to improve efficiency and meet objectives.
• Recruit and hire top talent to sustain a diverse, energetic environment.
• Set daily priorities and develop plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Support brand plans and participate in company initiatives and programs.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicate with Visual team and oversee site maintenance.
