Retailors (Fox Group) is seeking a Store Director to lead Nike retail stores in Canada. The role involves steering store functions, driving sales, merchandising, and operations while upholding the brand's luxury athletic standards.

The ideal candidate has extensive retail experience with at least two years in management, a passion for sports fashion, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager by leading store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting).
• Perform all store management functions in Head Coach's absence.
• Supervise daily activities of support staff and coordinate with other supervisors.
• Set priorities and ensure tasks are completed, aligning with brand plans.
• Recruit and hire top talent to maintain a diverse, energetic environment.
• Prepare reports on store activities and communicate with Visual team.
