Job summary

Retailors (Fox Group) in Canada is seeking a Store Director to lead Nike retail locations across the country. You will oversee sales, merchandising, operations and staff, ensuring excellent guest experiences and brand standards are upheld in a fast-paced fashion environment.

The role requires strong leadership, a passion for sports fashion, and the ability to work weekends and holidays. You'll recruit talent, report on store performance, and collaborate with Visual teams to maintain compelling

Qualifications

• 2+ years of management experience in retail.
• Passion for sports and sports fashion.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, holidays and some overnights.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager by managing store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting, etc.).
• In absence of Head Coach, perform all store management functions.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support staff.
• Set priorities for the team and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Recruit and hire top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicate with Visual team and oversee site maintenance.
