Job summary

Retailors (Fox Group) is seeking a Store Director to lead Nike Retail Stores in Canada. You will support the Store Manager, oversee sales, merchandising, and operations, and ensure exceptional customer experiences across a luxury athletic brand.

The role requires extensive retail experience, including 2+ years in management, and flexibility to work weekends, evenings, holidays, and some overnights. You will be rewarded with a strong discount, benefits, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Extensive retail experience including 2+ years experience in management.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager by managing store functions (sales, merchandising, operations, accounting).
• Perform store management functions in absence of Head Coach.
• Coordinate and supervise daily activities of business support staff.
• Set priorities for the team and coordinate work with other supervisors.
• Apply management skills to improve efficiency and accomplish operational objectives within own unit.
• Recruit and hire top talent to ensure a diverse and energetic work environment.
• Set priorities to meet daily deadlines; develop plans to meet short-term objectives.
• Prepare statistical and narrative reports of store activities.
• Communicate with Visual team and oversee physical site maintenance.
