La Vie en Rose is seeking a part-time sales associate to assist and advise customers, maximize sales, and provide a memorable shopping experience in our stores. You will greet customers, explain products, and support a high-energy, welcoming environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in sales or retail customer service.
• Greeting customers and helping with product selection.
• Willingness to work holidays and longer hours.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and assist with product selection.
• Explain products and features and suggest additional items.
• Be available in fitting rooms and provide attentive service.
• Meet or exceed personal sales goals with training support.
• Arrange products on the floor to create a memorable shopping experience.
• Keep store and backstore clean and organized.
• Share top product picks with customers and upsell.
• Process transactions at the cash register.
• Follow policies from head office and adapt as needed.
