Job summary

La Vie en Rose in Canada seeks a store manager to lead daily operations and drive sales in a fast-paced environment. You will supervise a diverse team, ensure excellent customer service, manage visuals, inventory, and payroll with the support of your management team.

Qualifications

Experience leading a retail team.

Ability to plan schedules and manage payroll.

Responsibilities

Sales: optimize store performance and profitability with the management team.
Train team members on sales techniques and product features.
Analyze sales results and propose improvements.
Coordinate scheduling to manage payroll efficiently.
Communicate goals to the team and ensure they are met.
Provide warm customer service and explain products' features.
Human Resources: foster a positive, high-performance team environment; recruit, train, and evaluate staff.
Marketing & Visual Presentation: maintain product knowledge, organize appealing displays, monitor market trends, and build brand relationships.
Administration: analyze reports to boost productivity, open/close the store, control expenses, follow head office policies.
